HBD-R陶瓷电动泵总成，采用精密陶瓷柱塞式设计，适合用于中高粘稠度的液体、膏霜类均质(1000-100,000CPS)以及含一定颗粒物料的定量灌注。该泵采用伺服螺杆控制灌装量，仅需控制屏幕设定，无需人工干预，具有很高的计量精度和重复一致性，精度优于±0.8%。接触物料部分采用316L 不锈钢和陶瓷，拥有更好的耐腐蚀性。

HBD-R ceramic electric pump integration-Micro scale adopts precision ceramic plunger design, suitable for medium and high viscosity liquids, homogeneous creams (1000-100,000CPS) and quantitative perfusion of materials containing certain particles. The pump uses a servo screw to control the filling volume. It only needs to be set on the control screen without manual intervention. It has high measurement accuracy and repeat consistency, and the accuracy is better than ±0.8%. The metal part in contact with the material is made of 316L stainless steel and 

ceramic, which has better corrosion resistance.

可用于包装机灌注部分的配套以及改造。适用于灌注膏霜、蜂蜜、电解液、药液、生化试剂、化学液体、精油、精华液、乳液、香水、指甲油等中高粘稠度均质液体物料。可配套多工位袋装机、多列式包装机、泡罩机等设备使用。
